All products offered are based on pure prickly pear seed oil and related natural cosmetic formulations, intended for external use only. Products are subject to availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed via Checkout.com using accepted credit and debit cards. We do not store any card information.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

Due to the nature of cosmetic oils, opened or used products are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt by contacting us with the order number and supporting photos if applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
